Faith
Ty’Jalayah’s desire to help others and share Christ’s love with those enduring tough times inspired her decision to pursue therapy as a profession. She had already functioned as a minister, providing spiritual counsel to both youth and adult church congregations through public speaking, exhortation, and prayer. Now, she is a professional resource for individuals, couples, and families seeking faith-based therapy services, as well as for those who desire a different (or non-faith based) approach.
Family
Ty’Jalayah, the second oldest of four siblings and an aunt, understands the complexities of changing family dynamics. She has effectively used relational tools to strengthen her family relationships and believes that maintaining family support is achievable despite challenges. This commitment drives her to assist others in navigating life's various stages and difficulties.
Speaking
Ty’Jalayah is a very passionate and influential speaker. Her personality and communication style has proven very effective across social media platforms and within local church communities. Upon request, she is available to participate in faith and mental health related teachings, discussion panels, groups, or workshops.
