Life can be overwhelming. You don’t have to carry it alone.

I help individuals, couples, and families find relief from anxiety and depression, improve their relationships, and navigate life transitions with greater clarity and confidence. My approach is compassionate, direct, and grounded in evidence-based practices while respecting each client’s personal values and beliefs.

I enjoy working with children and teenagers and have a strong passion for supporting pastors’ kids (PKs), women, and families. I help clients navigate parenting challenges, emotional stress, and the relational difficulties that come with different stages of life.

With over 15 years of experience in education as a K–8 teacher, high school tutor, and adult Spanish instructor in private, public, and charter school settings, I bring a unique understanding of the challenges faced by students, parents, educators, and school staff.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel understood, gain insight, and begin making meaningful, lasting changes.

Faith

My faith in Jesus Christ is central to who I am and guides my life both personally and professionally. My faith shapes the way I see others, approach relationships, and extend compassion and care to those I work with.

Family

Family is very important to me, and it deeply shapes how I understand relationships, parenting, and the challenges that come with balancing multiple roles.

As a wife and a mother of a teenager and two elementary-aged children, I understand both the joys and the emotional weight that can come with raising a family, managing responsibilities, and nurturing a marriage. I also recognize the intricate dynamics within families, including the influence of faith, culture, and generational roles.

These experiences allow me to connect with clients in a genuine and compassionate way as they navigate their own family dynamics, relationships, and life transitions.

Speaking

I am available to speak to both small groups and large audiences and offer workshops that provide psychoeducation. I am passionate about equipping churches, schools, and groups with practical tools and insight to support growth.
