Office in Brea, Downey, Video or by Phone

Do you ever wrestle and wonder, "What’s going on? How will I make it, or can I get through this?” I'm here to tell you will get through this!

"We cannot heal what we conceal."

I am deeply committed to the progression of healing. If we allow ourselves time to heal a broken bone, why then do we pressure ourselves to quickly overcome the deep-seated emotional and spiritual wounds accumulated over years?

You are worthy of so much more than a quick band-aid. My type of therapy, spiritual life, and personality shape my approach. In each session, I focus on empathizing with and empowering my clients. I value establishing a meaningful connection where my clients are seen, supported, and secure as they begin their self-discovery and healing journey.

Call and ask for me right now, so we can start your process of true healing!

Faith

I grew up in a town of hovering helicopters, teenage pregnancy and high crime. I struggled with destructive patterns that led to deep pain, until the Lord transformed my life with hope, love and restoration at the age of 22. He not only saved me from my past but continues to shape my future. I've been blessed to serve in various ministry roles, from nurturing infants in the nursery to supporting new believers at the altar, actively contributing to the Lord's kingdom.

Family

Familia is everything to me. From devouring carne asada, watching the Dodgers, or assembling Legos, being together is a treasure. As a Chicana-Pocha (an LA Latina women), I know how challenging it is to redefine your story, your values and boundaries while respecting your culture and family.

My most precious gift from God: my husband. He and I said "I-DO" in 2016. As a wife, I invest intentional time and effort into the health of my relationship. Date nights are essential to our life partnership!

Speaking

I have experience leading workshops for community and church organizations. I'm passionate about connecting and empowering children, teens and couples.
