Hope is here!
You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Maybe you’re a caregiver on the verge of compassion fatigue. Maybe you appear “fine” on the outside but feel like its crumbling inside. I am here for you. Therapy can become a place where you begin to feel safe, grounded, and connected again.
Therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and accepted. As a holistic trauma therapist, I integrate EMDR and mindfulness to support healing emotionally, relationally, and spiritually. Holistic counseling helps clients process difficult experiences, strengthen self-awareness, and reconnect with themselves emotionally and spiritually. I thoughtfully incorporate your faith into therapy when aligned with your beliefs, cultural identity, and goals. If you are longing to feel more grounded and at peace, therapy can become a space for restoration, deeper healing, and meaningful transformation.
My approach is warm, gentle, collaborative, and compassionate. I aim to create a space where clients feel emotionally safe, understood, and empowered to explore deeper healing at their own pace. Together, we can explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools, insight, and self-compassion along the way.
Healing is possible. You don’t have to keep doing it all alone. Please schedule an appointment today so we can start your healing.

Faith
I was raised in a Christian household and committed to Jesus at 7 years old. Attending a private, Christian school from kindergarten through 8th grade, I have a strong Chrisian foundation. Through my faith, I have healed with hope, peace, forgiveness, and joy. The life verse Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me,” has been a comfort during times of struggle.
It is an honor to serve in ministry through my life’s work as a therapist. I have a deep desire for people to know their true worth, and I allow the Holy Spirit to guide me to provide compassionate care.
If you are connected to your faith or spiritual practices, I incorporate spiritual healing alongside mental health counseling because healing the mind can feel incomplete without healing the soul. The body, mind, and spirit are connected – and deserve to be whole.
Family
I have been happily married to my husband since 2024. Aside from my spiritual gifts, he is my greatest gift from God. Through pre-marital counseling at our church, I realized my desire to help couples connect in their marriages.
We have a blended family with children ranging from elementary to middle school age. Nurturing the children in my family, my passion for helping local children and families became second nature. My marriage and family are my number one commitment, and I work hard to nurture them every day.
Speaking
I have experience as a guest lecturer at California State University, Fullerton in the Master’s in Counseling program. I am proficient in group therapy. I have led workshops in Mindfulness and therapy techniques for counselors-in-training as well as at a company retreat. I am available for speaking events and offer workshops that provide mental health education.
