Going through a tough season of change? “Change is inevitable, growth is optional.”

My specialty is supporting people through difficult seasons. I'll give you context, assess your situation, understand your past and help you move forward.

You can build resilience and thrive in the peaks and valleys. I am committed to help you replace unhealthy patterns with new thoughts and behaviors that better serve you.

We all desire a safe space to feel known. It brings me joy to provide this space and walk alongside you through your toughest challenges so you feel heard and find the inner strength to grow.

I have years of experience working with all ages regarding life transitions and career issues in church and academic settings.

I understand the importance of caring for your whole self: mentally, physically and spiritually. As a pastor’s wife with 18 years of ministry experience, I offer a unique integration of spiritual and personal development.

I've known both the joys and disappointments of the Church. I enjoy assisting others in healing from church-related pain while strengthening their relationship with God.

Family

I have been married for 14 years and have two children. I know what it is like to work hard in a relationship and my family is my number one commitment.
