2) Qualifications

3) Meetings

Group supervision for TPC supervised therapists is on Wednesday at 9:00–11:00am. This does not apply to Individual Supervision.


All therapists must attend the 10:30–11:30am Fullerton in-person staff meetings the first Wednesday of every month. On staff meeting days, supervision is held in Fullerton.

4) Time Off

Are you willing to work the first 6 months without time off, except for specific dates around holidays or special family matters?

  1. After 6 months: Eligible for 1 week of vacation.

  2. After 1 year: Eligible for 3 weeks of vacation (non-consecutive, must be taken in separate months).

  3. After 2 years: Eligible for 4 weeks of vacation (2 weeks consecutive, 2 weeks separate and in different months).


Time off is unpaid and must be pre-approved.

5) Caseload

Our reputation of excellence since 1983, along with Yelp, Google, and social media advertising, attracts new clients daily. We will be your primary source of clients. You will be required to obtain at least 6 character reference reviews from pastors, teachers, or others. Additionally, actively seeking clients through other ways will only enhance your success.

Are you able to provide at least 25 hours of availability per week so our team can help schedule sessions for you, with most of those hours falling between 3-8 PM on weekdays and Saturdays?

6) Practical Requirements

Do you have access to a computer and printer? And will clients be able to reach you by phone via a personal or virtual number like Google Voice?

7) Employment

Are you willing to do ALL your out-patient counseling as a TPC employee? This is NOT a 1099 position. You will be on staff at TPC as a W2 employee
