Faith

From sharing my faith to building a church in Mexico, my involvement in ministry has been very rewarding. My faith path began at nine when I became a Christian, but it was in high school that I grasped God's focus on our hearts over our flaws.

In the Navy, I witnessed the cost of chasing emptiness, and saw many broken relationships among fellow sailors. This inspired me to pursue psychotherapy to provide relief and healing for those in pain, especially by building thriving relationships.

Family

I wouldn’t be who I am today without my family. My family instilled Christian values in me, including self-worth, compassion, and the importance of family. At 17, I faced deep loss when my father passed away suddenly. I found peace in God's comfort and the support of others in this difficult time.

For over ten years, I've been happily married to my best friend, and we have two wonderful children. My stepson excels in school and soccer, while my spirited daughter delights in singing, dancing, and gymnastics. My greatest joy comes from spending time with them. We're also blessed with two rescue cats, Zorii and Rosie.

Speaking

I have spoken on discussion panels, facilitated group discussions. Let me know if you want me to speak at your church about healthy relationships and mental health.
