Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful parts of us. Many are emerging from very unhealthy relationships with themselves or others and often seek complete rewiring of their relationship patterns. It brings me pure joy to help those who are hurting begin to reclaim themselves as whole beings, where their capacity to co-create and experience transformation becomes expansive and limitless. After a traumatic event, living with a mental illness, or working through dark times, a person often feels helpless, lost and detached from their true personality. I am committed to a collaborative approach where I meet my clients where they are at and together we go to a depth beyond the surface. I am here not only as the emotional support you will need but am also here to coach you through each phase. With warmth and compassion, I help create a space where I not only help my clients feel heard and validated, but also work towards the goal of finding healthy and effective solutions.

A SEASONED COUNSELOR

We live in a world with a tremendous amount of people who feel alone, unheard, invalidated, tired, depressed, disconnected and anxious. As a result of experience in seeing how the trauma from these feelings, unhealed wounds and broken relationships can cause individuals to live in silent pain, I have a great desire to help curb the mental health stigma. Having not only worked with those in every phase of life, I understand the unique struggles we all face today at home, in the workplace, and in our relationships because I have experienced these unique situations myself.
I believe that you are the expert on your life. Together, through empowerment and intuitive guidance, I can ameliorate how to navigate the roadblocks and help propel you into a raised consciousness and help you have the courage to become who you really are, deep down. |

COMMITTED TO MINISTRY
|
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight” (Prov. 3:5-6). For much of my life I have been greatly involved in ministry, volunteer work and have devoted my life to a life of service. I began as a teenager volunteering to spend my school lunches with the disabled, worked with various homeless programs, tutored homeless adolescents, aided in Mexico house builds, worked in orphanages in Kenya, worked as an Emergency Medical Technician, volunteered on medical operations in Honduras, to serving as a police officer in the United States Army National Guard. In God’s economy, if we want to be great, having a servants heart is key. I truly believe in public service, that God put me on this Earth to make a contribution, and has now called me to a service far beyond anything I could ever imagine.

I am available to speak in local communities, events and churches. I have a passion for inspiring those around me to lean into life, to live with intent and never stop growing. With experience speaking in a relatable and powerful way to those of all ages in my community, I am fueled by seeing those around me commit to improving their life, taking action and discovering who they truly are and what they really want out of life. My heart is to see those around me have a strong relationship with not only themselves but with the Holy Spirit.

PRICING & INSURANCE
|
Angela's standard rate is $130 per session. She offers a sliding scale where the price is based upon the client's monthly household net income so it can be lowered down if the client's income qualifies. Angela is an out of network provider and does not directly bill insurance. She can provide clients with a superbill to submit for reimbursement through their insurance company.
