MAKE A PAYMENT
- Make sure you are paying the therapist that YOU see. Do not click on a different therapists buy now button.
- Please make payment BEFORE your appointment time
1. Please find your therapists name and use the BUY NOW button to make payment online.
2. Please include the required information such as the session date and the name of the client you are paying for. If you are paying for multiple dates, please separate them with a comma. Ex: 1/10, 1/17, 1/24. If you are paying for multiple sessions that are in different months, please make separate payments, please do not make one payment for sessions in different months.
3. Please be prepared to show your therapist a copy of your receipt if asked, you may do this by email, on your phone or printing and bringing it with you to your appointment.
OPTIONAL: There is a $2.50 fee that TPC is charged when clients pay online. We do not require clients pay this fee, but if you would like to "donate" that $2.50, just add it to your payment amount. TPC is a non-proft 501(c)3 and this $2.50 would be considered a "donation" to Turning Point Counseling. Thank you so much for your support!
Flex/HSA/MSA Cards - These cards cannot be processed online, they must be processed by our front office. Please give us a call to set up payment to use one of these cards. Call us at 800-998-6329
