Her educational background and training experience have helped Grace practice a wide range of modalities such as Psychodynamic, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. COMMITTED TO MINISTRY Grace was raised in the church and currently attends a church plant in Fountain Valley. She has served in the church since high school. During her undergraduate years, Grace served in an on-campus ministry as a small group leader, women’s coordinator, prayer coordinator and planned several retreats and homeless outreach events. While her main ministry focus was inward for the body, Grace believes as a follower of Christ- it is equally important to serve the community to exemplify the love God has poured onto His believers. It is her commitment to honor God through her profession and the roles God has given to her. A PROFESSIONAL SPEAKER Through her education and throughout her counseling experience, Grace is able to provide training on topics related to addiction, grief, communication skills, stress management, trauma, anxiety, and depression. She is free to provide small groups and workshops to local churches. COMMITTED TO FAMILY “Blood is thicker than water,” was something Grace’s dad would always say before he passed away. It was true, through the blood of Christ, Grace’s family grew closer even through the difficulties of navigating through identity confusion from immigrant parents or facing bankruptcy and financial difficulty throughout their lives. It is only thanks to God who revealed His greatest mercies and graces through the most trying times which restored their relationship. Now, Grace has the opportunity to continue that saying with her new family. She has now been married to her husband, Sam, since July 2014 and they adopted a brown tabby named Michi. |
