Professionally Trained Professional Credentials Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern #IMF 41176 Before joining Turning Point Counseling, Heather worked with a variety of clients at a private psychological firm. Additionally, she has led a support group within her church that dealt with identity issues. Committed to Ministry Heather began her journey as a Christ-follower when she was a child. She has been active in her church, The Flipside, since the year 2000. She is currently serving as the ministry coordinator for the prayer team there. Heather's volunteer service has also included the hospitality team and children's ministry. Since 1999, Heather has presented on a variety of topics within church and academic settings. These presentations have been well received, and have helped individuals in areas such as gaining direction in career choices, and understanding how prayer can become more integrated into daily life. Committed to Relationship Heather and her husband, Jeff, have been married since 2001 and have two children--ages three and one. They value a Christ-centered home and lean on the Lord to help them create and maintain it. They strive to live out this value in view of their children with the hope that God would use this generation to touch the lives of generations to come.

He who walks with the wise grows
wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm.
A friend loves at all times, and
a brother is born for adversity.
The purposes of a man's heart are
deep waters, but a man of understanding draws them out.
A man finds joy in giving an apt
reply - and how good is a timely word! |
