AREAS OF SPECIAL FOCUS
Frances is the Director of Operations for Turning Point Counseling. She manages human resource affairs, overseas satellite care, facilitates therapist-client relationships, implements policies and procedures, and works to grow Turning Point Counseling as an organization. She brings a excited heart for ministry and a natural talent for organization to TPC.
AN EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL
Frances has over ten years of managerial experience and has held various Executive Administrative positions for over twenty years before coming to Turning Point Counseling. Most recently, Frances served on staff at Calvary Chapel North Long Beach as Office Manager, Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastors for over 6 years. She has been in Executive Offices for the City of Long Beach and the Port of Long Beach and brings a blend of experience, maturity and happy spirit to TPC. Frances has a heart for ministry and a desire to help others find the life that Christ intended for each individual to have in order to further the Kingdom of God.
COMMITTED TO MINISTRY
Frances and her husband have been active in church ministry for over 20 years, recently in a new church location, Frances serves on the worship team and her husband is serving as a head usher. He also served on the Board of Elders and as the lead sound technician in their last church. Her desire is to help people and her way of leading adds new and exciting things to Turning Point Counseling. She is dedicated and confident in her calling to the Lord.
COMMITTED TO FAMILY
Frances has been happily married to her husband and best friend since 1984. They have 2 sons, currently their oldest son is serving in the United States Army. Their younger son is studying in the field of Psychology. They love spending time together, talking, laughing, working in the Garden and learning new things together, building their relationship not only as husband and wife but as “best friends”.
