As you have clearly noticed TPC, as a member of the Turning Point Ministry Group, is in the forefront of providing healing for families through the local church. That's what TPMG is about. Our mission is to revolutionize the quality of family life world-wide. Through creating and aligning with like-minded organizations we're making it happen.
For the past twenty-four years, Turning Point Counseling (a non-profit organization) has come alongside the Church to create healing communities. Local churches, along with our professional Christian therapists, are working in the trenches with those who hurt, are confused, and are lost. Week after week, month after month, stories are being made that point to the healing power of Jesus in the lives of those who are willing to take James at his word: And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working. The combination of prayer and confession (to God and to a trusted other) is a powerful duo that leads to healing…guaranteed!
Turning Point Financial Counseling, better known as Debt Free Christian, continues to help break the bondage of debt for hundreds of families. With its specific focus on eliminating credit card debt, TPFC is on the cutting edge of stemming the tide on this voracious cancer. Over the past nine years, TPFC has saved our clientele millions and millions in avoided interest dollars. In addition, we provide a new view of finances from a sound Biblical base.
Turning Point Stewardship picks up where TPFC leaves off. Beyond credit cards, lies a field ripe for harvest in the area of financial stewardship. Wouldn't it be great to delegate our dieting to someone else? Or how about our visits to the gym. I'd love to have someone go in my stead, and I get rocked! No chance.
